According to the Daymaker index and their annual survey, Tre is the number one operator in Sweden with the best customer service in store, and second in place not taking into consideration any specific industry.Part of Tre’s mission is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and care, and big part of that is the in-store handling of customers and all of their telecom needs.
Oscar Otteborn, head of the consumer business at Tre said that they have been working a lot in the past few years to improve the overall customer satisfaction putting emphasis on customer meeting in stores using new methodology. They have been carefully monitoring and listening to their customer needs and feedback, gaining a valuable understanding of the things needed to improve, providing right expectations in the sales opportunity and top-class service after purchase.
Tre have also developed a solid package of training, worked out clear processes and provided employees with more tools to help customers with service issues directly in store.
The Daymaker index has been investigating customer support in 106 different chains across 15 industries.
